but my desktop won’t connect to the router or the modem either by ethernet direct cable, usb or wirelessly i am stuck and don’t know where by to show now. have unistalled firwall and virus (soon after performing checks!) cann’t see any motive why adawre or spyware would in fact consider to halt me connecting. does any one have any Suggestions
